Driven by Divine Group India’s global growth vision, Divine Trading FZCO Limited was founded in Hong Kong in 2012. With a focus on refined metal bars, concentrates, and ores of precious and base metals, we have established ourselves as a market leader.

In 2014, we expanded the Middle East with the establishment of Divine Trading FZCO in Dubai (UAE) to serve the region’s precious metals market and create new conduits into Europe. This strategic footprint continues to build our reputation as a reliable trading partner globally.

Divine Trading FZCO’s reputation as a leading global metal trader is shaped by the vision and leadership of Managing Director, Mr. Kapil Jain. Recognising the immense growth potential, he relocated to Hong Kong in 2013 to drive the expansion of his family’s business. With the changing global paradigm he moves his base of operations to Dubai UAE in 2021 from where he continues to lead both companies.

Over the past decade, Mr. Jain has built strong alliances with leading financial institutions, bullion traders, and refiners worldwide – positioning Divine as one of the most trusted and respected names in the metal trading industry.
